Summary: I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. I really appreciate his gesture and am thankful for his kind gesture. Because of such staff your country’s image is enhanced more. I have a more positive image of China now from this experience.

Summary: This property is excellent! Not what I expected for Courtyard Marriott. Yes to any Marriott, but not Courtyard. I would definitely return to this property when I come back to Xi'an China. BEAUTIFUL! However, and I know this is a family oriented property, dining area was a bit to be desired, as it was late in the evening and my husband and I was tired from touring. We wanted a nice quiet place to eat and the dining room was not.... a bit pricey as well. We ended up purchasing sandwiches from the grocery store connected to this building. Other than that this place is EXCELLENT

Summary: New hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Loved the hotel’s aesthetics, decor and ambiance. Gym was large and clean. Spa was really nice as well. Best part is that’s it’s connected to a very cool bookstore!

Summary: Brand new hotel. Opened in March 2018. Beautifully maintained and serviced. Lots of options for breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Xi’an. Approximately 10-15 min walk to metro and right next to a shopping mall/library will several good food options. They forgot to clean our room one day, but promptly cleaned it after this was brought to their attention.

Summary: We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. It was just opened in Feb 2018, the facilities and staffs are all great. It's probably the only 4 star hotel close to North Xi'an high-speed train station, about 7 km (20-30 minutes by taxi), which also means far away from other attractions in Xi'an city.
